GENERAL QUESTIONS

What types of fish can I catch on a charter?

We target snook, black drum, sheepshead, and other inshore species depending on the season and fishing conditions. 

Where are you located?

You're On Fishing Charters operates in Stuart, FL, known for it’s exceptional snook fishery. 

Do I need a fishing license?

No, your trip includes a valid Florida fishing license for all passengers. 

What is included in the charter?

We provide the gear, fuel, bait, a cooler with ice, and an experienced guide to make your trip enjoyable. 

Do I need to bring my own gear?

No, all gear is provided, but you’re welcome to bring your favorite rod or reel if you prefer. 


BOOKING & PAYMENT

How do I book a fishing charter?

You can book online through our website or contact us directly by phone or email. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded. 

How far in advance should I book?

To secure your preferred date, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially during peak fishing seasons.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments like Zelle or Venmo. 

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes, a small deposit is required to secure your reservation, which will be applied toward your total. 


TRIP DETAILS

How long do the charters last?

We offer half-day (4-hour) charters and 3/4 day (6-hour) charters. However, custom trips can be arranged upon request.

What time do the trips start?

Morning and afternoon trips are available, with start times tailored to your preference and fishing conditions. 

What should I bring with me?

Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, snacks, drinks, and comfortable clothing. Don’t forget a camera for photos!

Can kids come on the charter?

Absolutely! We welcome families and provide a safe, educational, and fun experience for anglers of all ages.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is our top priority. If the weather is unsuitable, we will reschedule or provide a deposit refund. 


EXPERIENCE & EXPECTATIONS

Do I need to have fishing experience?

No experience is necessary! Captain Cody Baker will guide you through everything, making it fun for beginners and experts alike.

Will we catch fish on every trip?

While we can’t guarantee catches, we use local knowledge and experience to maximize your chances of success.

What happens to the fish we catch?

Catch-and-release is encouraged for conservation, but some species may be kept according to Florida regulations.

Do you offer private or group charters?

All of our charters are private, ensuring a personalized experience tailored to your group. Group charters can be arranged based upon group size. Additional captain(s) and vessel(s) will be inquired to accommodate.  

Can I take photos or videos during the trip?

Of course! We encourage you to capture the memories and share your experience with friends and family.
